Queen's done a ton of music videos for their songs. Overall, I think they fit into three categories.

- Live Performance (hammer to fall, we are the champions, etc.)
- Short Film / Concept and Production (bohemian rhapsody, invisible man)
- Recording Session (one vision, headlong)

Just curious to see which type of their videos is the most popular.

"live performance" videos are lazy and low effort. WWRY video is iconic though.

The Works era had the best videos.

WWRY was just something they did in the time leftover from Spread Your Wings - funny how it's so well known and iconic, and then hardly anyone except Queen fans actually knows SYW.

The best live performance videos are ones like Hammer to Fall (with great colourful shots of their lighting rig), We Are the Champions and Friends Will Be Friends with fans and/or audiences which really adds to the value of them.

Even though it's one their worst videos in terms of equipment and quality, I really like the Don't Stop Me Now video. I love that it looks old even though people found it as a negative in the credits of Bohemian Rhapsody (movie), but in my opinion it adds to the value of the video. I rather the crackling any day.

Seeing that it's already mentioned in one form or another, that it's weird and a bit inexplicable why some of Queen's biggest songs often have the cheapest low-quality videos imaginable with no theme or concept such as We Will Rock You, Don't Stop Me Now and Another One Bites the Dust.

Radio Ga Ga is probably their best video, it's timeless and still appropriate to this day. Though it's not my favourite, it's their best...

Love the Part Animation on Save Me. I prefer the Studio Session Vids. OV for example.

As a 14 year old back in 1986 the video for A Kind Of Magic blew me away. It looked very hi tech in its day and definitely helped get me hooked on the band. I thought Freddie looked fantastic as a wizard.

Although I don't like the song a d it's lyrical content, Body language video was ahead of its time..

For me I'm going slightly mad is one their best along with Radio gaga, I want it all, I want to break free, princes of the universe, breakthru and Bohemian Rhapsody.

Bearing in mind WWRY was actually only a B side other than in maybe one of two territories, the fact that they filmed a video as an afterthought whilst doing the Spread Your Wings clip, was quite fortuitous!

The Show Must Go On actually has a really great video. The montage style works for the song.

@Music Fan 19JL

The issue with DSMN in the credits of the film was the SHEER LAZINESS OF IT!

I watched the film in IMAX on opening weekend... the damn music video looked like it had been sourced from a bad YouTube channel. It was pixellated as hell when the original was shot on film. It has nothing to do with song selection

I was going to say The Miracle videos are the best but literally each video they made from The Works to Innuendo is classic to me. Also Bohemian Rhapsody and Somebody To Love.

One of the worst is Under pressure, some of the best for me are from The Miracle album Breakthru was great.
I think it's about time Queen released the greatest fix videos on bluray after seeing the Quality of the Time Waits for no one video which is incredible

Innuendo is a piece of art. Slightly Mad , Days of our lives and One Vision are great in showcasing the unity of the band.
Scandal is raw and strangely emotional. The montage in The show must go on is very effective.
