Icy, As I have said before I have read for close to 10 years on QOL and quite a while on here. I see who it is that goes on and on and is often really pretty ugly in what she says. This person also keeps bringing up old stuff and getting snide digs in that everyone else is tired of. When I compare that to posting tweets, reviews, etc, and calling someone Trump, the verdict for me isn't even close. Read the two posts above me and see who goes on and on. Yes, Icy, I do like to be civil to you. I am sure there is a lot going on in your life and it is not fun for you and I am so sorry, truly. But as an unbiased person, you really have a thing for Caroline and I am not trying to be mean. Somehow she just gets your goat, but at some point it would just be nice to avoid reading each other's posts otherwise this will go on forever, heaven forbid!! Then maybe we ladies could all get along, as that would be really nice.

Icy, go back to QOL where YOU can post paragraphs and paragraphs of Adam bitching without getting accused of spamming but if I post a nice tweet from Brian or something complimentary about them, I get told not to spam.

SweetCaroline -

You get told not to spam on QOL, because you are an unashamed link spammer, and your spam links are usually the entirety of your posts.

On the rare occasions you actually "discuss", it is to insult or harangue posters whose opinions do not measure up to your "ideals".

You may not be as disgusting as runner or sparks, but you are still the 3rd biggest troll on QZ.

You obviously need a hearing aid, runner. I am a huge opera and classical fan who knows and appreciates that type of music and is familiar with the strength and quality of the operatic voice. Trust me, Adam's voice is as good or better than the majority of male tenor voices. My kids were huge metal fans, playing in bands and I ferried them to concerts many, many times. So I have heard Ozzy, Judas Priest Iron Maiden and a lot of other bands and Adam's voice rivals any of them, although Bruce's voice is amazing, but it is a deeper voice. My younger son is a big Avantasia, Dream Theater and Muse fan (has seen them all) and he thinks Adam is just as good and his metal shriek is as good or better than any of them. His voice is anything but thin. Tell yourself that to make yourself feel better, but that observation is a load of crap. I have seen Adam at least 10 times in his solo shows and both Queen tours. There is nothing thin about his voice. He has a high voice, but it is resonant and full. It isn't Freddie's baritone voice, so it won't be the same. You can't compare two voices that are different kinds of voices. An alto will not sound like a soprano, but that doesn't make the soprano's voice thin. Can't you get that through your thick head?

As per the above, snifflese wrote a well thought out response to runner that successfully displays a reasonable opinion.

Your response to runner offered no opinion, but only rehashed Brian's "one voice in a million" disingenuous marketing spiel comment.

I have every right to be here., I'm a Queen fan. I can't say the same about you. You are only here because of your bans from QOL that you brun here to bame me for. You even said a couple of days ago that I was trying to get you banned. Why don't you say all of what you do a out me here on QOL. You won''t and you can't because you don't have the guts. You basically are a chicken shit and a shit stirrer.
I don't know what you have been told, but I wouldn't put it past you to lie again. Already I dare say you are one of the biggest liars ever who has cried wolf hundreds of times by now.
Seriously, it's more than a grudge you have against me. At this point, I can safely say you hate me just because you can't get your own way, and I call you out on your bullshit. That's what you can't handle.

This. I will say this, what she does, isn't helping AL at all. She has turned many people away from wanting to support Lambert. I don't think she realises what's she has done through the years. She thinks AL is hated on QOL because he is gay, ffs. Imagine that being said
on a board dedicated to Freddie and Queen.

SweetCaroline has said she hates me, I'm a stalker, I'm a con artist and a liar. The latter two is the most recent, because she ran here saying I'm trying to get her banned because of a poster.
The worst thing she's ever done is to say my ill parents are healthier than I am. I lost all respect for her then. There are some things that boundries shouldn't be crossed, but she went there, knowing how sick they were. She also thinks she never has anything to be sorry for. Mind boggling after her four or five bans. She still plays the victim.
I don't hate SweetCaroline, but the respect the I had for here is gone.
I will call her out on her bullshit, because she has ,lied and spread crap sbout me going back at least four or five years here now. She lied and she still lies. She wants and obviously needs people to agree with her. She barely has any thought of her own.
Say what you want about me, at least I don't use loved ones health struggles against someone to have a go. If I ever did that, yes bitch me out, you'd have every right to do so.
I know you are on SweetCaroline's side, but you are looking at it only from her side.

A good review here, and about time.Regarding WWTLF Adam can sing the notes but nobody can compare to Freddie in terns of emotion and power.Listen to the Highlander Freddie version(sorry Brian) at full blast and a decent sound system and I think that is the most fantastic piece of singing of all time. But live Freddie's voice was often shot and he had to tone it down.Adam hasn't lost a note yet,I think his training shows through here.

--------------------------------------

Perhaps you can also make the comparison of Freddie's voice in the early days and Adam's voice now. Roger Always said Freddie sounded a bit like a sheep and thin while his voice was clearly in developement these years. After years of chainsmoking and liters of vodka and champagne and using cocaïne ( not sure that's affects the cavities inside the nose etc) Freddie's voice became deeper around 1979/1980 and around 1984/ 1985/1986 it was very husky at some points he even could not hit that crystal clear high notes anymore.

Freddie's voice was shot often??? Are you smoking crack? Listen to Milton Keynes in 1982 and tell me who has more power? Lamebird screeches high notes but his voice is paperthin, has no power, emotion and grit for rock music at all. He sounds like a whining lil girl. And b4 sniffcunt is returning claiming to be the expert for singing: FUCK OFF

Thank God we have so many bootlegs that shows what Freddie was. Adam has talent and great voice for musicals. He is a very good entertainer. That's all.Nothing more. Ah! He is more Kitsch!
P. S. Brian May is very good selling a product, in that case Q+AL, he is good at marketing (when says Freddie would approve or voice in 1 billion etc).

Looking at this video Adam seems to forget some of the words to Machines. (Even Freddie did that on occasion.) More seriously Machines is missing so much of the original, including some fine guitar.

Yeah he does but to be fair it's a difficult song to sing. The lyrics are like George Lucas' dialogue in Star Wars. Looks okay on paper but hard to verbalise.

In IWIA Brian shows he still has some chops. Nice divebomb in the solo. Not hard to pull off normally, but his timing is excellent.

I agree almost entirely with the review. They are putting a great show, better than the one I saw by them in 80 despite my preference for Freddie over anyone. I saw them last night in Nashville and one of the best shows I have seen, and I was around in the 60s and 70s and saw the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Led Zepplin, etc. The artful presentation, the unbelievable special effects, the astonishing guitar playing by Brian, the almost perfect pacing, and a wonderful setlist that doesn't pander to the American crowd (some deep cuts and several international hits that weren't hits in the US). No one can replace Adam and there will always be a backlash against anyone who tries, but Adam definitely has some highlights in his performance as well. Bravo!

That was obviously meant to say Freddie and just a mix up, but then you knew that really.
